Tears All Over Again

Today I went to my friends graduation, back at my old school, Marina West. I got to see all my friends again. They really hadn't changed to me. But to them, I was different.
They said I looked much more mature, and prettier. "You cut your hair," alot of them said. But they seemed the same as usual, except for new clothes.
I brought my Mom's salsa, which everyone from my old class loved. My new class didn't really seem to care much for it. But my old class always loved it when I brought it. (lol)
But I saw pretty much all of my friends... except for a couple...

All the friends I did see: Romina, Alexa, Chondra, Syriah, Jazmin, Kristina, Vanessa, Angel K., Angel G., Anissa, Alicia, Marisela, Randall, Will, Alex, Juan, Frank, Johnny, and Daniel.

It just felt so different seeing them all again. Especially the ones I used to have a crush on... lol.

The Graduation was sad... especially for my former classmates. They sang "I believe I can fly" and "Lean on me". I started crying when the principal said: "Try to remember when you were starting kindergarten."
I remember I started Kindergarten with a few of my friends that were in my former class. The good times we had, without any fighting. Without any bad words. Without worrying about the future and tests. Kindergarten was worry-free.

Now, we're all going to start Intermediate School. We're all growing up. We're all almost teenagers. And now, we get worried over small things. Like tests, and... even first dates for some of us. It just seems so fast.

I lost many friends throughout my elementry school years. Friends that have died, friends that have moved. The days seemed so slow then, but now, they just seem like they went too fast.

I am not going to see my former class in 7th grade. They are going to Haydock, leaving me with my other friends at Freemont. I guess I'll see them in Highschool, hopefully.

After the graduation, I went out with lunch with my friend Romina. We talked about how sad it was, and what we wanted to do after we were all grown up. Thinking about the future was fun when ever we talked posotive. So, after lunch we took a walk on the pier, which we were already on while we were eating. We saw dolphins, and... had fun.

Hehe... we're no longer children, we're now officially pre-teens.

Graduation

My mom made me do all kinds of chores this morning!
I hate doing chores in the morning, cause I always have the feeling I am going to fall asleep while I am raking the leaves, or picking up my dogs waste. But I am always wrong, because I always get energized by doing outside-chores in the morning.

Yesterday, my friend Romina asked me if I wanted to go to her 6th Grade Graduation.
After 5th grade, I moved to another school, onto a different track. I moved to Track B, which its 6th Graders graduate third, after Track C and D.

OK... If I am sort of confusing you with this Track thing, lemme clear it out! XP

Track A gets October, February, and June off.
Track B gets September, January, and May off.
Track C gets August, December, and April off.
And Track D gets November, March, and July off.

So, Track D's 6th Graders graduated when they went off track in July. So they were the first 6th graders to become 7th Graders.

Then Track C graduated last Friday. They were 2nd to become 7th graders in McAullife school.

On Monday, Track B's 6th grade class graduated, which means my friends and I became 7th graders that day.

Track A doesn't graduate until this Friday. If I were still at my school, I wouldn't be graduating until Friday, too. Because back at my old school, I was on Track A.

So, this Friday I am going to my friends graduation. I am going to see all my friends again, which is gonna be a new expeirience for me. I can't wait! But I am sure there is going to be some crying there, because I am not going to see them in 7th grade. They are going to the different Middle School, Hadock. I am going to Freemont. And... yeah. We're not going to see eachother again, unless we all decided to meet eachother somewhere.
But we can always keep in touch with the good internet. XD

"Sevvie"

Been a while since I have last posted.
Well, quite a bit has happened.
Let's start from last week, the most exciting week of my whole school year.
On Monday, my friend and I went to the mall to buy and outfit for the 6th grade dance. It's a dance that is held at the end of the year for the sixth graders. Anyways, my friend and I got to go shopping by ourselves, without my parents, or hers. It took us a while until we finally found an outfit. My friend has to shop in the childrens area. She's a tad bit small for ehr age.
Well, whatever. She bought a black skirt that went to her knees, and bought a red shirt. I dunno how to describe it. XP
I was able to shop in the teens section of the store. I bought this cute pink blouse, and some black capris. Hehe. Black and pink are IN!
So, on Wendsday was the dance. It was fun. I didn't really dance, but it was fun. The only bad thing about it was that they only played rap songs. I don't know if I mentioned it before, but I hate rap music. XP
So, yeah, it was fun. The girl that lives down the street from me, Morgan, was there. Not alot of people like her...
I must admit, I don't like her too much either. She is too childish for a sixth grader.
She was there, all alone. You could tell she was sulking in the corner, and... talking to herself. She is just so weird sometimes! She talks and sings to herself, and wears the most weirdest things. Like, she wears the same pants EVERYDAY, and tucks her shirt into her underwear. I don't mean to sound like a popular snob... but WHAT A GEEK!
She danced by herself, doing the most "out-of-style" dance moves. Like... the scuba, and the monkey. What in the hell is she thinking, doing dumb-ass dances like that. And one of her dance moves she calls: "The Bunny Hop". WTF?

So, yeah, I think she embarassed herself in front of all the 6th graders that were there. XP

On Thursday was the day of the Sixth Grade picnic. At first, it was borninger than hell. That was until the food got there. Everyone was all lively, and... what else? Eating!
then, we got to compete in some games, such at Tug-O-War.
At first, we had to get a group of 10 people. We had 2 jumpropes tied together, enought for everyone to have a piece of rope to "tug" on.
But whenever we pulled, the rope broke... so we had to split the teams into five people.
After we had to team up with 5 people, I decided to quit, because one of my best friends quit, and Kara got pretty pissed. So, while I was leaving, a girl from the Track C class, or Mrs. Graysons class asked if I wanted to join her team, with her friends from her class. I hesitated, and wondered if Kara would see, but I then decided "who cares what Kara thinks?"
So, I go with my friends team. Her name is Karen, and her friends were: Ponchita, Isabella, and Tyler. 4 girls, and one guy. I must say, if you took one glance at us, you would think we were the weakest team playing!
That was until we beat every team we played, and beat the last team. We may have looked weak all together, but we were strong all together, and we won candy bars.
Then, after the Tug-O-War matches, we played Relay Races. It was pretty fun. I teamed up with Karen, Ponchita, Isabella, and yheir other friend. I forget her name, but I was teamed up with her and the other 3.
We didn't win any relay races, but we had fun. That was what it was about, anyways! Having fun!
So, the next day, I was all sore. LOL.
The weekend was OK. On Saturday, we went to Solvang. And on Saturday, we went to the Santa Barbara zoo. At Solvang, I bought this doll that resembles Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. And when you twist the little thing-a-ma-jig in her back, she plays a musical-box version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow".
Usually, I don't enjoy owning dolls, but this one just has a cuteness to it that I cannot resist. ^_^

And now, today's news...
I am a "Sevvie" which, if you don't know, is the shortest way of saying "Seventh Grader". Yes, just today I graduated out of the sixth grade, and became a Sevvie. Heh... it doesn't feel different.
Today was sort of sad. I mean, this is my first time leaving Elementry School, and it is my last time leaving elementry school. It feels weird... sort of as if I won't see ALL of my friends again. Some of them I won't see, sadly. But some I will see in seventh grade. ^_^

Ahh!

I am sure we're gonna get killed by our teacher tomarrow. I am sure of it.
Y'know why I think we're gonna get killed?
Because of that stupid substitute teacher we had on Friday!
She seemed to have a problem with everything we did, such as:
1. Disrespecting her
2. Disrespecting the art teacher
3. Our trying to get on her good side

But no! She kept getting mad, and yelling. (>.<) And now she is going to tell our teacher, who is sure gonna get really mad about it.

Here's a really weird thing the sub got mad at:

Two boys in the class were being extremely disrespectful. (Diego and Eddie) so the sub sends them to the office. About 20 minutes after they are gone, she has me go send them some work to do while they are in there. So... I go to the office, and see Diego. I show him the work:

1. Write 20 sentences with a preposition and a comma in each sentence.
2. A Math test.

Well, the sub gave me a paper with the prepositions on it to give to them, but both Eddie and Diego were separated. So I told Diego to go tell the office lady that they needed to work together.
I left after that, and went back to the classroom. The sub asks me what happened.
"Are they seeing the principal?" She asks.
"No. They are sitting on those benches, but they are seperated."
"Are they doing the work."
"Yeah, but when I left, they had to talk to the office-lady about it."
"About what?"
"So they could work together! You onyl gave them one page with the prepositions on it."
"Are they being supervised?"
"I think so."
"By who?"
"By the office-lady!"
"Rita?"
"I don't know."

And after I said that, she seemed to have a dissapointed look on her face. She is a witch. =P
